My name is Ryan Dobbs.  My wife Amanda and I own Evolution Personal Training and Edmond Boot Camp in Edmond Oklahoma. I have been a Personal Trainer for 11 years. I have worked with over 700 clients and over 12000 hours of instruction has shown me a very specific problem with society. WE ARE GROWING!

In fact, Oklahoma City was just ranked the Unhealthiest City in America by USA Today. We were ranked in last place because according to American College of Sports Medicine researchers for abundance of smoking, lack of exercise, and lack of fruits and vegetables in our diet.

We were beat by lack luster performers like Birmingham Alabama, Louisville Kentucky, and Memphis Tennessee which are all leading the country in obesity!!!

More Facts ——> You may not now this but Oklahoma is the 5th most obese state in the country. In fact, we are not too far off from taking the title of Number 1 in this too. To take it a step further, the CDC reports Oklahoma County in the highest risk categories for both Obesity and Diabetes. Starting in June 2011, I will offer a FREE of charge seminar at my personal training studio in Edmond  OK called Evolution Personal Training. We will meet at 10 am on the last Saturday of each month and will have Body Composition, Weight, and Circumference Measurements as well as discussions on healthy recipes, workout tips, and support from a community of people that are working on becoming fit, tone and healthy everyday!

Getting Fit and Being Fit is not easy in today’s society. In fact, This was me before I discovered the how to implement my ground breaking Metabolic Fitness System. In only 5 1/2 months I lost 56 pounds, 12.8% Bodyfat, and 6.9 BMI. I feel great, have tons of energy, my body doesn’t hurt, and I sleep like a rock!
